Note: Right now, I’m using Smashwords as the aggregator because I found their numbers first and they’re arguably the most popular. I will update this page with others.

Note: Amazon reduces your royalty with delivery costs based on your e-books’ file sizes. To account for this, I’m assuming that every 99 cents of book price equates to a quarter of a meg of file size. Your results will almost certainly differ.
